Ski Trip Terms & Conditions 
Unless otherwise stated, trips include airfare, provided ground transportation to and from the resort and
lodging
You must be a member of the Birmingham Ski Club
to participate in these trips.
* Prices for trips outside
the United States are subject to change due to exchange rate
fluctuations.
NOTE! Traveling anywhere outside the United States
now requires a passport.

New passports and renewals take 2 to 3 months and could be longer.
If your passport is up for renewal within 3 months of your date of travel, some
countries will not let you cross their borders.
2006-2007 Trips
To apply for these trips
1. You must be a CURRENT member of the Birmingham Ski Club.
2. You must fill out the Trip Release and application form.
3. You must submit a $200 deposit. Full payment is required for trip less than 90 days out. Checks should be made to the Birmingham Ski Club.
4. For trips outside the US (including Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean), you must have a passport and supply a copy of such passport upon application for the trip.
We reserve the right to correct any errors in any
trip or activity promotional material. Airline schedules and flights subject to
change without notice. Changes in federal excise tax, PFCs, fuel surcharges may
impact trip pricing. Foreign currency fluctuations may impact trips outside of
the USA.
Although we have an excellent track record of matching up singles with
roommates, if you or we can not secure a roommate, you may be liable for the
single supplement charge, which vary by trip and lodging property.
